Apple porn coming up..

I got my battery replacement today after 2 weeks, finally! :)) It was very convenient that my computer is still under the extended warranty, or else I’d have to shell out around $100 for a new battery. For the OC me, I’m irked that the battery’s the only thing that’s not glossy (3rd photo; bottom) cause it doesn’t have the BSE skin, but it’s not much of a worry cause the battery is hardly seen anyway.

Oops, the reason why I had it replaced cause the old one was starting to swell. I almost gave up on having it replaced after calling the local Apple distributors here asking if a battery replacement is still allowed here, but they said no. But somewhere in the middle of it, a couple of people from this forum ‘pushed’, convinced me to try calling Apple.. luckily they listened to my problem.

Everything I did was so worth it. From the call to the Apple hotline, embarrassing first time experience speaking to an operator in English (oo kasi hindi ako fluent mag English, buzz off!), having the heeby jeebies and more self humiliation, to finally getting my case approved and taking my laptop to the store to have the battery checked, verified for a replacement. SWEET!

This is the 2nd time I’ve used my warranty, hopefully when it expires nothing bad happens to it.. I’d hate to spend a chunk of money to have it fixed/something replaced. Boo Apple.

Thanks also to this, I finally have a reason to go out after being stuck in the house for a WEEK. I wanted to go out and help with the packing, but my mother wouldn’t allow me. -_-;;

I love Apple’s stuff, even the battery gets a unpacking photo documentation lol.

Yay, I just bought an iSkin for my iPhone!

JK. It’s fake. :)) I ordered the same fake iSkin at eBay last week but I feel that I’ve been waiting TOO DAMN long for it.. then I chanced upon seeing one just like it earlier at this phone accessories shop inside the mall. I grabbed it and paid for it, no 2nd thoughts.

It’s not as expensive as the original iSkin, but the material and build are exactly the same (except for the details at the back, not the circles.. the real iSkin has it too). If ever the one I ordered from eBay comes, then okay — good. I have two skins to play around. I bought it for PHP 120 (vs. the original one for 1,500-2,000 tops).. the color doesn’t look too good for me and it was a bitch to put on!! My fingers felt numb after and really sore. It really is made of hard plastic rubber. Yeah I think that’s it.. hard. plastic. rubber.

Ok maybe this is the reason why it was hard to put on.. my sim card tray’s popping loose. Damnit. Also ordered a sim card tray from eBay and it’s yet to come along with my fake iSkin.

Also bought a screen film but I don’t think I’ll be using it anytime soon.

During CAD class

I was on my way to school when I noticed half of city was dark (gonna rain hard anytime soon) while on the other half (where my school is on) is quite sunny.

BTW, I called Apple like 2 hours ago, totally nervous with asking a replacement for my battery.. but they approved it!! :D More about that here.

Also, I go back to school tomorrow. My classes are from 2:45PM to 9:00PM.

Damn. They cut my hair too short.. :(( And yes my eyes look weird hahahahaha.

I didn’t think 4 inches off is THAT long and would result to look this short.

Breathe… it’s just hair.. it will grow back..

But its my hair.. and the last time I had short hair was.. 8 years ago. :((

O yeah, after that haircut.. I went to watch a movie. I love you, Betty Cooper. Guess what? The cinema was EMPTY. Fuck, that was quite scary. Throughout the movie, people started coming, then in the end.. there were 4 of us in the cinema. WTF.

A memorabilia from my so-called “30 seconds of fame” in Channel [V]’s The Playlist. I wasn’t able to watch when it first aired so I watched the rerun early Sept. 11 instead.

:D My playlist got featured and they played 6 of the songs I sent in.. it premiered on my bday too. ;)

Also, today was course card distribution day. Passed in all my subjects and I got a bonus treat: DL this term! I don’t have all my course cards yet but I got my grades already.. will post when they’re completed. :]]

This is me right now, it’s 12:09 AM, September 10 and I am 20.
